For the long President's Day weekend we packed up the minivan and headed
up north to visit family and friends. First stop, New York City to see
Aunt Laura. We then headed up to Massachusetts to visit with our friend
Dana. We were so happy to see her and her amazing kids and get to play
in the snow for a little bit. We then headed to Worcester to hang out
with the cousins. We entered the house on Friday and didn't see the kids
again 'til we left on Monday morning. They had so much fun sledding,
making forts, jumping off couches, playing hide and seek, and staying up
late talking. Did we mention the monster trucks, a double birthday
party for Matthew and John, and skating on the outdoor rink? Amazing!
On our way back, we got to see Mimi and Popeye (Aunt Michelle and Uncle
Dave in New York) which broke up our long drive. We were happy to be
home!
