Mom's away at a conference for a few days, so Daddy and the girls have to figure out what to do all day long without her. Jumping on the bed seemed like a good idea...

- Chris and Erica met in Mississippi. Erica was in her second year of Teach For America and Chris was running the Sunflower County Freedom Project. They were married in Indianola, Mississippi, in 2004. They welcomed Miriam Frances in November of 2007; Robin Arielle arrived in December 2009. Erica ordained as a rabbi in May of 2008 and the family moved to the Washington, DC area. Chris is working on his next book, a history of race in Washington, DC and Erica is a rabbi at Temple Sinai in DC.

I really thought "one bumped off and broke his head" might be in this video. Phew! Love Miri's piggies!
Looks like the girls are having a blast and catching some air in those jumps. The last one with Miriam so close to the headboard... Now I have better insight into what Chris and Mariane must do when I'm gone!
So that's what happens when I'm away!
